In October I hosted a Seniors Morning Tea with the Hon Kate Thwaites MP, Assistant Minister for Ageing, Social Security and Women.

This Seniors Morning Tea was an opportunity to learn about a range of useful information and government services and payments that seniors can access. Attendees also heard about the steps the Albanese Government is taking to strengthen these vital services for older Australians. Both myself and the Assistant Minister were available to chat and answer questions afterwards. 

I am proud to be a part of an Albanese Labor Government that is dedicated to supporting older Australians during these challenging times. We recognise the important and continuing contribution that older Australians make to our community and economy and want to support all Australians to live their best lives as they age.
