My office is not currently taking face-to-face meetings due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
Sadly, we have had to postpone upcoming community engagement events, including Coffee Catchups and Mobile Offices.
I want to make it clear to Canberrans that me and my team are here to help you at this challenging time.
If you need assistance, emailing my office is the best first step. Write up your enquiry with as much information as possible, include your name, your suburb and your phone number. Email this to [email protected]
You can also call my office on 6277 4168. If it goes to message bank, make sure you leave your name and phone number. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
The best information about dealing with Coronavirus can be found on the ACT Health website and the Department of Health website. These sites are updated regularly, and you can access the sites through the links below.
A few other things. Wash your hands regularly and thoroughly with soap. Use hand sanitiser if you can’t wash your hands. Buy only what you need in the supermarkets. When you are out of the house don’t shake hands, don’t hug and try to keep 1.5 meters distance between you and others. Treat everyone, including health workers and hospitality workers, with respect.
If we look after ourselves and each other we will get through this.
